Pinks first opened her doors in October 2013, in the original Birmingham Lumberyard Office in Old Towne Olive Branch, Mississippi. The creation of local resident and favorite Canadian ex-pat Leanne Nastasi,

 

Pinks is best described as a truly eclectic, moody and authentically homey. The menus are full of great breakfast, lunch, and bakery options complimented with an extensive handcrafted coffee, tea, and smoothie selection. A favorite of locals and travelers alike, Pinks is often referred as one of Olive Branch’s best kept secrets.

 

Grab something to eat and drink and hang-out while playing a gamer or watch classic cartoons! Everything is available to-go… including an ever changing variety of family size casseroles, meals, and desserts.
